This Story Was Written by Buttons –  A Three-year-old beagle living at Liberty Square at Wesmont Park

Woof!

My name is Buttons…and I love treats!

I love when my human walks me to the dog park. Mostly because I know she brings treats for me. I get so excited when my human says the work “Park”, “Walk” or “car”. My ears go up and my tail starts to wag because I am happy.

I can hear when my human grabs my leash – game on! Because we live in Liberty Square at Wesmont Station, we can easily walk to the nearby dog parks. There are rules but since I do not know how to read, I just listen to my human. I love being a part of the pack!

When I am at one of the dog parks, sometimes other friendly dogs come by to sniff me. After just a few sniffs, me and my new doggie pal love to romp around on the doggie toys and play games like “eat the stick” or “keep away”.

I think it is very funny how my human follows me around with a plastic baggie.

I sure do love living here because there are so many places my human takes me to play and have fun. I am a very lucky dog.

My name is Buttons!

WOOF!
